Rules & Procedures

1.        No one under 21 years of age may rent the Quintana Breeze.

2.        There is no smoking allowed inside the facility, but ashtrays are provided outside.  Please do not       
           throw cigarette butts on the ground!

3.        No pets are allowed inside or outside of the building.

4.        You are welcome to bring your own BBQ pit, but open fires are not allowed.

5.        The deposit is required to hold your reservation, and will be returned within 30 days, as long as all      
           fixtures, equipment, grounds and building are clean and intact.  If you have rented the facility for           
           partial day use, please ensure you allow for clean-up time in consideration of the next reservation.

6.        "Cup hooks" are placed in several locations to aid in decorating.  The use of staples, tape,  thumb     
           tacks, etc, is not permitted.

7.        Candles may be used on a limited basis (birthday cakes, for example).  The sustained use of             
           candles is not permitted,

8.        Overnight sleeping is not allowed unless prior permission has been granted.  

9.        The Renter shall be responsible for the behavior and damage caused by any and all guests.  The       
            Renter and guests shall maintain the facility in a clean, orderly and law abiding manner.

10.      Rice is not allowed to be thrown, but birdseed is a welcome addition (outside only).

11.      By Town Ordinance, loud music must be shut down by 10:00 p.m.

12.      Tables, chairs or other furnishings are not to be taken outside.

13.      Renter and guests shall vacate the facility at the agreed upon time.

14.      The use of the wine glasses is at your own risk and any breakage will be taken off of your deposit.

Procedures
1.        To confirm the availability of the Quintana Breeze for your event, use the "Contact Us" link on the        
            Home Page.  You will be notified if the date(s) are available and an attachment of the Rental              
            Application, Rules and a Cleaning and Closing check list will be sent to you via email.  We accept     
            checks (if received 30 days prior to the event), cashiers checks, money orders and cash.  Once the  
            completed application, deposit and/or  payment are received, your date will be secured.

2.         On the day of your reservation, the combination lock will be set to the last four digits of the phone       
            number you provide at the time of rental.  At checkout, the combination will be reset for your                
            security, unless prior arrangements are made.

3.         The clean up and closing checklist must be followed or you will forfeit your deposit.  Please make      
            sure you leave the facility as clean as you received it.
                                 
4.         The glasses over the bar can be used, but at your own risk.  They are inventoried and you will be       
             responsible for any breakage.  Replacement fees will be deducted from your deposit.
